Once the vessel notification has been submitted to MSW, our Harbour Master needs some additional information that MSW cannot provide. In order to confirm the arrival and allocate a berth, it is crucial to provide complete and accurate information well in advance. In cases where information is missing, the Harbour Master cannot confirm the arrival.

We kindly ask you to fill out our form to simplify the process and ensure all necessary details are included.
