We are launching Preadvice 2.0 – a further development of our preadvice service that gives hauliers and drivers better control over the entire transport flow. With real-time information, improved visibility, and smarter planning support, the service contributes to a more efficient terminal visit.
For those of you already using our preadvice service, Preadvice, you will experience a simpler and more integrated process from planning to execution. All relevant information is gathered in one place, status is continuously updated, and you gain better conditions to avoid waiting times and unnecessary stops.

Launch and transition
For drivers not using Preadvice
If you visit us less frequently, self-service will be available at our gate without requiring a user account. You will register your arrival on site and receive a map for pick-up/drop-off locations.
As a haulier or driver regularly operating at the Port of Norrköping, you will receive more information ahead of the launch.
