Port of Norrköping is strengthening its business development team. As of September 1, Mikael Malzoff is appointed Business Developer. He is a familiar face at the port and has worked in various roles within the organization for many years, most recently as Manager of the port’s Dry Bulk Terminal.

With his deep understanding of cargo flows, logistics, and customers’ day-to-day operations, he is now taking the next step to work even closer to the market and contribute to the development of the port’s business.

“We are very pleased that Mikael Malzoff is stepping into the role of Business Developer. His extensive experience from our operational activities is an excellent addition to our business development team. Together, we will strengthen our market presence, stay closer to our customers, and create even better conditions for developing solutions that add value to their businesses,” says Ola Hjärtström, Acting CEO.

In his new role, Mikael will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers as well as identifying new business opportunities together with David Hellstedt, who joined the company as a Business Developer earlier this year.

“After many years in operations, it feels both inspiring and natural to work with our customers in a new way. I know what expertise we have and the opportunities we can offer. With a background in production, I hope to contribute with both new perspectives and a strong understanding of our customers’ daily operations and needs. I look forward to meeting both existing and new customers and, hopefully, contributing to their continued growth and development,” says Malzoff.
