The vessel notification is made via the Swedish Maritime Administration’s service: Swedish Maritime Singel Window MSW
When the vessel notification has been submitted in MSW, our Harbour Master needs some additional information that the MSW cannot provide.
In order to confirm the arrival and allocate a berth, it is important to provide complete and accurate information well in advance.
In cases where information is missing, the Harbor Master will not be able to confirm the arrival.
